Often times people end up pooling all such diverse kids into one box perpetuating unhealthy stereotypes and social stigmas which further alienates these children.

Zainab Ahmad is an inclusive children’s writer and edtech founder based in London who runs a charity called @Awetisome Life. They support those living with autism, anxiety and chronic illnesses especially in residential homes, low income and BAME communities. She has worked as a fulltime middle school teacher for English Language Arts and is currently designing and publishing inclusive books and bilingual board games and learning resources, that empower young people, accommodating different needs such as Braille, BSL to support creative thinking for all children.
